Lisa Dodwell-Greaves

Lisa Dodwell-Greaves is a highly skilled and personable senior HR professional with nearly 20 years of experience in Calgary-based corporations. After a successful tenure in corporate roles, she embarked on a consulting career, currently partnering with Inspired HR.

Lisa has a proven passion for developing and implementing innovative people programs, including initiatives focused on employee wellbeing, psychological safety in the workplace, IDEA (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Accessibility), employee experience, and leadership training. She holds industry certifications in Psychological Safety Advisory from the Canadian Mental Health Association and Human Resources Management from the University of Calgary.

In addition to her professional pursuits, Lisa is committed to giving back to her community. She has volunteered with organizations such as Calgary Pride, Beakerhead, the Calgary Immigrant Women’s Association (CIWA), and the Calgary Region Immigrant Employment Council (CRIEC). Currently, Lisa and her oldest child volunteer with the Cochrane and Area Humane Society, reflecting her lifelong love for animals and dedication to their welfare.

As a second-generation Calgarian (third generation on her Dad’s side!), Lisa treasures her roots in the city and enjoys sharing her love for the mountains with her young family. In her leisure time, she relishes good conversations over a cup of coffee with good friends and indulges in following various Real Housewives franchises.
