Kudjo enjoys the experience of life. His engineering work has allowed him to develop an acumen for government engagement, regulatory design, and international relations. His sporadic acting endeavours have gifted him the opportunity to work with, and learn from, Calgary’s community of incredibly talented actors, as well as more broadly known personalities such as R.H. Thomson, Jann Arden and Common.

Over the last decade he has had the good fortune of being able to travel to many places around the world. These experiences have helped affirm why Calgary is such a great place to call home.

Kudjo continues to work at being a better ally to marginalized groups fighting for equity and justice.

With respect, relationship, and reciprocity, Ask Her honours and acknowledges that we are situated on Treaty 7 and Treaty 6 lands.

Treaty 7 lands include the Niitsitapi Confederation, including the Siksika, Kainai, and Piikani; the Tsuut’ina Nation; the Îyârhe Nakoda Nations of the Bearspaw, Chiniki and Wesley; and the Métis Nations. Treaty 6 lands have have been a traditional gathering place for the Nehiyaw (Cree), Niitsitapi (Blackfoot), Métis, Nakota Sioux (Stoney), Iroquois, Denesuliné (Dene), Anishinaabe (Saulteaux), Inuit, and many other Indigenous peoples.

We are grateful for the Indigenous Peoples who have taken care of this land since time immemorial and celebrate what the land gives to all peoples. Through this land acknowledgement we honour the agreements between the ancestral peoples of this land and the first Euro-Canadian settlers; agreements that have been historically dishonoured. We are all treaty people.
