Jennifer’s passion for public life ignited early, when she campaigned her way to becoming the Ward 2 Alderperson in her grade 6 civic election — a moment that planted the first seed of a lifelong commitment to leadership and service. That spark grew into academic achievement, earning her a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Economics, followed by a Bachelor of Commerce in Risk Management and Finance.

Over the years, Jennifer has built a deep and diverse career in risk management and strategy across multiple industries. As a leadership coach and change professional, she brings her insight, empathy, and strategic clarity to the public sector — a place where her dedication to people and progress feels right at home.

When she steps away from her work, Jennifer finds grounding and joy in the mountains, often hiking or walking with her dogs, reconnecting with the quiet strength of nature.
